Constellation Brands Pays Dividends
Constellation Brands has declared a quarterly dividend for its shareholders–about $.36 per share
The company’s board of directors on October10th, 2005, approved a dividend on its 5.75% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock of $0.359375 per share.
The dividends will be payable on December 1st, to shareholders of record on November 15th, the company said.
