RAP Does First Ever PINK OUT!
PINK OUT! ROSÉ AVENGERS AND PRODUCERS PRESENT FIRST EVER PINK OUT!
The Rosé Avengers and Producers (RAP), an international group of winemakers and wine drinkers dedicated to righting the wrongs done to dry rosé, invites you to attend its inaugural PINK OUT! on Monday, July 18th 2005 from 6:30 - 8:30p.m. Held at Butterfly restaurant at Pier 33 (The Embarcadero at Bay Street) the event features a tasting of 50+ dry rosés paired with light appetizers created by Butterfly chef and owner Robert Lam.
Guests will discover why RAPers believe that dry rosé is the most versatile of all food wines and an absolute joy to quaff.
Author and winemaker Jeff Morgan's new book, 'Rosé, A Guide to The World's Most Versatile Wine,' will be available by publisher Chronicle Books, and the author will be on hand to share tastes of SoloRosa rosé and chat about his latest book, which features 200 different rosés with recipes to match.
