New Ad Campaign Launched by Grey Goose
Grey Goose vodka is receiving its first major ad push since going to the Bacardi Ltd. portfolio in 2004...
The Ad campaign has been created by New York’s @radical.media and titled “Discerning Taste,” the new campaign eschews the bottle and cocktail shots previously used to promote the brand in favor of upscale lifestyle images positioning Grey Goose as an aspiring brand to be associated with the luxury life style.
The launche was planned to be conjunction with the start of the U.S. Open tennis tournament, as Grey Goose is a prominent sponsor of the event
Watch for spots on the USA cable network during the U.S. Open, on the Golf Channel, ESPN and HD networks–print ads also targeted for select outlets.
One of the most dynamic brands in the spirits industry over the past decade, Grey Goose is the third-largest vodka brand in the U.S. (after Smirnoff and Absolut), and is still on a torrid upswing, having added 600,000 cases last year on growth of nearly 30%. In addition to the core brand, the Grey Goose line includes the flavor extensions L’Orange, La Citron, La Vanille and the recently released La Poire
