An Elegant Evening Meal of Indian Cuisine at Nicholson Ranch in The Vintner’s Room
Indian cuisine served as an elegant evening meal in the Vintners Room. Wines will be paired with courses to display the compatibility of the Nicholson Ranch library with Indian foods. Indian decor and, perhaps, traditional costumes.
In homage to our owner Deepak Gulrajani's Indian heritage, we are hosting A Night in Old Bombay. Deepak has personally chosen the caterer for this festive evening. The menu will showcase the wonderfully complex yet subtle flavors of Indian cuisine paired with the sophisticated elegance of Nicholson Ranch wines. Our Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays will be the center stage wines, but we're going to the Cellar and "pulling out all the stops" for this special occasion.
