Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey’s Refining New Look
Famed Tennessee Distillery Offers New Bottle and Distinctive Labeling for Twice-Mellowed Premium Whiskey!
The Jack Daniel Distillery has unveiled its new Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey bottle that officials said would bring a new “refinement” to the brand’s outward appearance.
But they were quick to point out one thing that has not and will not change: the whiskey.
The redesigned Gentleman Jack glass bottle features a slimmer profile and broader sloping shoulders allowing the appealing amber color of this premium whiskey to become more prominent. A brushed silver foil label carries the embossed brand logo and is inset in the glass. The new neck closure is sleek, complementary to the brand’s silver and black color pallet, and is tailored with raised lettering.
Officials said the new bottles, available in 1.75 liter, 1 liter, 750 ml, 375 ml and 50 ml, will be available in retail and bar locations beginning in March. A campaign to launch the new look will kick off with a redesigned website (www.gentlemanjack.com), national magazine and outdoor advertising, point of sale materials and featured drink recipes.
“We think the new Gentleman Jack bottle is a refinement that Mr. Jack himself would be proud of, and the reason his signature graces the new package,” said Mark Grindstaff, National Brand Director for Gentleman Jack and Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel. “This new bottle delivers the same sophistication and refinement as the whiskey inside.”
First introduced in 1988, and unlike any other whiskey in the world, Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey (80 proof) is charcoal mellowed twice, once before and once again after the maturation process. The result is an exceptionally smooth whiskey with a rich, rewarding taste. A taste elegant enough to mark an important occasion, distinctive enough to preserve a memory and refined enough to give as a gift.
