Start your Harvest Wine Tour weekend at SIP on Friday, October 20, beginning 10 a.m. and lasting approximately two hours. The morning includes a brief discussion of viticulture, led by a panel of Paso Robles wine grape growers, followed by a brief discussion of winemaking practices hosted by the winemakers of Paso Robles. Directly following is a one-hour guided tasting through eight premium Paso Robles wines, highlighting four of the region’s top varietals: Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel. The seminar culminates with a question-and-answer period and walk around varietal tasting.

Throughout the Harvest Wine Tour weekend, October 20, 21 and 22, you can continue your SIP experience at more than 30 wineries who will be hosting educational seminars, tours, movie screening(S), special tarting and more in conjunction with SIP: Paso Robles.
